Na'naï uses a palette of vibrant colors that evoke landscapes, architecture, and particularly the tropical climate. She also values the diversity and cultural melting pot inherent to the Caribbean islands.
Drawing on the contemporary Cubist movement, she incorporates random and non-random geometric shapes, which blend with more concrete compositions, particularly reflecting cultural influence.
Lines can also suggest interior and exterior spaces, symbolizing boundaries and transitions between different cultures and places.
Na’naï’s works draw inspiration from landscapes, personal memories, and collective history to create pieces that question notions of belonging and identity.
Ultimately, Na’naï’s artistic approach, with its use of colors and shapes, celebrates diversity and multiculturalism, offering a rich reflection on identity. Her art becomes an interesting way to connect worlds and celebrate the intertwining of cultures.
